3 Bdrm Home- HUGE yard for pets! 4.5 miles to Broadway

This house was very clean, very pet friendly, and it was in a great location in relation to things to do in Nashville. The house is in a very noisy area and the neighborhood can appear fairly sketchy, but it is safe. Overall I'm very pleased with our stay. The host was very communicative and responded quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with equiptment as well. There is also an amazing Thai restaurant within walking distance called Degthai. The two fenced in front and back yards were great for the dogs.

This property was pet friendly with a very nice fenced yard. The host was very prompt with response's. Property was well stocked with trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, dish washer pods and laundry detergents (great bonus). Had ample parking. Will definitely use host again when in Nashville.

Conveniently located, with just a 5 - 18 minute drive to all the places we wanted to visit. Less traffic than some other areas in Nashville, which is nice. Located right off of a main road behind businesses, but the fully fenced in front and back yard negated any of the traffic concerns for dogs/ kids. Easy check in & out and great communication.

Very clean, it was absolutely perfect for what our family needed. 3 bedrooms: 1 king room with attached bathroom, 1 queen room, and a 3rd room with 2 double beds (bunks) and a futon - PLUS a sofa bed in the living room on the main floor. Beds and linens were fresh and clean and comfortable. We didn't bring our dogs with us for this visit but they are dog friendly and we considered it. Nice fenced in yard. Kitchen and all appliances were clean - fridge was spotless. Would have liked to have a few additional coffee pods but we made do. Convenience store next door. Parking for 2 vehicles. Neighborhood was meh...but fine. We enjoyed our stay

Very comfortable home that fit the bill for my husband & dog. The locatioon wasn't the best as the gas station (next to property) were on all evening & lots of noise due to busy road in front of gas station.
